Following the acquisition of this global, extreme sports-focused linear/OTT asset from AMC International, selected by new owners to develop a business plan and growth strategy to attract additional investment. Raised $8M+, restructured the linear and OTT business models, evaluation of investment and merger candidates.

A dynamic holding company of media properties, creative agencies and a programmatic buying platform. Brought in to provide financial structure to the current businesses and how they work together. Then worked with the executives to plot clarify expansion of business - financial model, projections, valuation etc. This work contributed to a successful fundraise, outside investment and an acquisition of another content company.
An OTT property for movie distributor Kino Lorber as alternative/replacement to FilmStruck. Worked with executives to conceptualize service (business model, partners etc.), and build a strategic deck for partners and investors.
